The Utopia Kingdom Birth Day Club Rules:
1. You must be a member for at least a week (maybe more). Activeness does count.
2. 1 birthday allowed per year
3. Only 1 person per account can sign up for birthday club
4. You must neomail your birthday to Wilsenhow , making sure to give 2 days notice prior to your birthday.
